Due to the nature of creative work, refunds are not provided for completed design. If a project is paused or canceled midway, a partial refund may be provided based on work completed.

Yes. For long projects (over 1 month) or large-scale collaborations, I’ll send over a simple contract outlining scope,
timelines, and responsibilities. If your brand requires an NDA or custom agreement, I’m happy to review and sign it.

You’ll receive all final, approved files in high-resolution formats suitable for print and digital use, including .PNG, .JPG,
.PDF, and vector files (.AI or .EPS) where applicable. I’ll also include a brand guide or usage notes as needed.

All major updates and file deliveries will be handled via email to keep everything organized. If needed, we can schedule check-in calls or use a shared Notion board for longer projects.

Yes. I work with clients internationally and design everything in a way that makes collaboration smooth, clear, and easy no matter where you are based. We are a digital nomad studio!
